AIxper - Refund Policy

Introduction

This amendment to the Terms of Service provides details on refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period for customers of Pronoto OÜ, operating under the brand name AIxper. This policy applies to annual subscriptions and outlines the process for calculating refunds when a customer chooses to cancel their service.

Annual Subscriptions and Cancellation

Annual Commitment

When you subscribe to an annual plan, you commit to a full year of service, providing access to AIxper tools and features as per the chosen subscription level.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your annual subscription at any point during the subscription term.

Notice of Cancellation

To initiate cancellation, you must provide written notice to our customer support detailing your request.

Refund for Unused Period

Monthly Calculation

If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the annual term, we will calculate the used portion of the service on a monthly basis.

Charges on Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will be charged for the months of service used, plus a 5% commission fee based on the total annual subscription cost.

Refund of Unused Months

After deducting the charges for the used portion of the service and the commission fee, the remaining balance for the unused months will be refunded to you. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription term at the time of cancellation.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support with your account details and a clear explanation of your reason for cancellation.

Review and Approval

Refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to verify the usage of the service and determine the final refund amount.

Payment of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Limitations and Conditions

Pro-rata Basis

Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining full months of the subscription period.

No Partial Month Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service.

Final Decision

The decision by AIxper regarding the eligibility and amount of refund is final and binding.

No Refund for Policy Violation

Violation of Terms

If a cancellation or termination of service is due to the customer's violation of our Terms of Service, Content Policy, or any other applicable policy, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

Types of Violations

Violations include, but are not limited to, illegal use of the service, generating prohibited content, infringement of intellectual property, and any other activities that contravene our policies.

Determination of Violation

Pronoto OÜ reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a user has violated the policies in a manner that justifies the denial of a refund.

Investigation

Upon suspecting a violation, we may investigate the user's activities related to our service. During this period, the user's account may be suspended or terminated.

User Obligations

- Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to all applicable policies while using our services.

- Ignorance of the policies does not exempt a user from the consequences of violating them.
